One of our clients, a global marketing and technology agency, is looking for a CDP Specialist to join their team. The role will be based at their offices in Dubai.

Role Overview

The Data & Analysis (DNA) team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding CDP Specialist—someone who can lead strategic client growth, provide innovative data-driven solutions to marketing challenges, and motivate internal teams to bring marketing ideas to life.

As a senior manager, you’ll guide teams in driving strategic data-driven growth. You’ll work to surpass client goals through brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, site optimisation, and/or online testing strategy.

The role maintains a primary responsibility in Dubai. The role will also support and be supported by the network as part of the global data community.

Key Responsibilities

• This role requires a broad understanding of marketing technologies and integrations of CDP to consumer facing applications such as customer interactions hubs, emails, chat bots, web personalisation, call centres, and analytics tools.
• This position is the subject matter expert for the CDP. You will be responsible for creating a vision that aligns to business priorities and delivering that vision through providing overall direction, planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and control.
• This role requires strong partnership and interactions with senior executive management, business stakeholders, data scientists, engineering, and IT organisations.
• The person must be able to work at a detail level, when needed, to identify issues, risks, root causes, develop mitigation strategies and solutions, and identify and track actions to closure. The candidate must be articulate, be able to effectively and openly communicate with management, raise issues and risks quickly, and help develop solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

• Deep Salesforce or Adobe Technology Stack Experience is a must
• Proven track record of creation of CDP roadmaps and use cases from a customer experience perspective
• Architect requirements from business stakeholders and create a product roadmap
• Drive Customer data platform vendor assessment workshops
• Create functional requirements and identify gaps in data collection. Collaborate with teams from different parts of the organisation to fill data gaps
• Build out and document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements
• Create and standardise templates and processes for data specifications, functional requirements, use case validations, training, and user adoption
• Experience in data architecture and data modelling is required
• Experience with working in digital applications, CRM, paid media, social, and offline data is preferred
• Proven success through partnership and collaboration with a cross-functional team
• Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive high quality execution
• Strong track record of managing large scale initiatives and delivering capabilities that drive business growth
• Solid understanding and exposure to financial services
• Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Highly adaptable to changing environment
