▪ Display strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organizational skills in the pursuit of converting leads into sales
▪ Deliver consistently high sales performance as defined by Dept. Head in line with colleagues.
▪ Maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure effective business dealings.
▪ Carry out market research to identify new techniques for strategic and impactful sales
▪ Client satisfaction should be the highest priority.
▪ Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through phoning, emailing, visiting in person, and/or contacting on social media.
▪ Honing and delivering skilled sales pitches to potential clients, either by phone or in person, in an effort to secure a sale.
▪ Detailing pricing and negotiating costs when necessary.
▪ Facilitating successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to the company.
▪ Adding notes to records for each client call or meeting.
▪ Tracking every media purchase made to ensure that it is completed accurately and on time.
▪ Working towards maximizing sales and meeting quotas in the short and long term.
▪ Meeting clients outside of normal business hours when necessary.
▪ Grabbing opportunities in favor of the growth of the company.
▪ Striving towards keeping up the brand image with necessary in-person marketing and PR.
