We are looking for implementation consultants to join our network.
Role Description:
Implementation Consultants work with Makeen clients to support initiating and delivering strategic projects and initiatives. They are embedded within client teams and take on project and operational responsibilities to deliver change and make things happen. They also work with clients to identify and resolve emerging issues through structured problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Articulating project objectives and scope of work in a project charter
- Suggesting the structure, tools, and reporting frequency on the initiatives
- Managing implementation activities, including time, budget, and risk
- Tracking and actioning assigned tasks
- Identifying and escalating issues
- Managing stakeholders
- Developing presentations and reports in a regular manner
- Attending relevant meetings, documenting next steps, and actioning them
- Drafting letters and correspondences
- Performing quality checks
- Supporting in research and data collection
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Project management and/or PMO experience
- Consulting experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
