As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for developing the right long-term condition monitoring technical solution for customers post deployment.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Developing the right long-term condition monitoring technical solution for customers post deployment.
· Aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creates reference architectures, and calculates potential solution value.
· Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and where the products or systems will be used.
· Keeping track of customers’ expired agreements and identifying opportunities in the region.
· Identifying solutions to drive better outcomes for solutions provided to the customer.
· Spending time with customers at their sites as a valued advisor to drive a proactive maintenance program.
· Covering Middle East and Egypt region.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
· Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Solution Architecture.
· Have experience in customer success management for a software solution.
· Have technical experience in System 1 or Similar condition monitoring software.
· Have Technical knowledge in machine monitoring and condition monitoring.
· Have a Customer centric mindset; willing to spend time understanding pain points and resolving it.
