Country Manager, Logitech, Dubai, UAE

 The Role:


The Country Manager - UAE is responsible for achieving the Sell Through target (DCS) for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in the Reseller/Retail/Etail Channels in UAE. The candidate will work with the GCC Cluster Head to define the sales goals in his territory and then work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners to achieve those sales goals.

Work with the GCC cluster head to define the annual sales quotas along with the sales and marketing strategies in your territory.

Identify, develop and maintain an effective relation with the Tier 1 and key Tier 2 customers in your territory

Be responsible for initiating, planning and implementing together with the T1 customers in your territory, a quarterly business plan addressing sell through  by customer and activities needed to achieve the objectives

Deploy the agreed Quarterly Business Plan at the Tier 2 level in your territory. Continuously monitor the deployment to ensure smooth progress. Identify issues, recommend and implement corrective measures with Tier 1 partners to ensure overall achievement of Quarterly Business Plan

Conduct weekly sales meetings with Tier 1 partners to keep track of sales, purchase and inventory situations along with identifying corrective/improvement actions that need to be taken

Be responsible for achieving the Sell Through target (DCS) for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers in your territory

Collaborate with and support other KAMs (e.g. B2B) in your territory to achieve the overall sales and marketing objectives of Logitech in your country

Collaborate with the marketing and trade marketing colleagues to achieve the long term brand goals for Logitech in your territory

Support the Category Managers in developing the best product offerings to the consumers in your territory

Continuously monitor the development of Logitech products in your territory in terms of market share, distribution, visibility and product mix

Continuously work with category and marketing managers to conduct trainings and seminars on Logitech products in your territory to help Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners sell Logitech products better

Provide a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence from your territory on competitor activities and pricing, market characteristics and trends, price waterfalls, benchmarking reports, distribution and visibility

Increase the Value and Volume of Logitech products sold through the identified Key Tier2 customers in your territory

Define the listings together with the Tier 1 customers for the key Tier 2 customers in your territory. Monitor the listings and stock levels at the key Tier 2 customers to minimize overstocking and shortage situations

Manage all the resources (if available, like merchandisers/promoters/other KAMs) to help the Tier 1 customers  - regardless if the resources are Logitech, Tier 1 customers or third party. That includes but is not limited to, the selection processes, assessment of performance and needed corrective actions, scheduling of timings, routing plans, training (through the marketing manager or if need be, by yourself), promotional briefing and implementation, data collection, timely flow and quality of reports being generated by these resources etc.

Education:


Bachelor’s degree minimum
