JOB PURPOSE
- Develop Aldar international marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, and public relations to support the marketing objectives and maximize the positive exposure/ sales in global markets.
- Drive international share of voice and customer acquisition.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop international marketing strategy and budgets by studying market indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; Provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; and implementing directives.
- Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product / market and directing promotional support.
- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at events, kiosks, conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends.
- Identify new international markets by analyzing statistics regarding market development, acquire and analyze data and consult with internal and external sources.
- Execute marketing campaigns, CM, and sales related campaigns within international markets.
- Develop regular reporting of initiatives and activities within the international markets
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

- Employees Satisfaction vis-Γ -vis Marketing services (Survey conducted to assess employee's satisfaction)
- Compliance to Corporate Identity (# of deviations from the corporate identity guidelines / # of print collaterals reported by Internal Audit)
- Volume of completed artwork (# of produced/published content items per year
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Regular working hours. Indoor Office.
RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 8+ years of relevant experience in international marketing

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Able to identify and work with affiliates and lead generation companies
- Able to establish partnerships with key international marketing companies
- Strong project management and people management
- Excellent communication and writing/presentation skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
