About the Role:
To drive continuous improvement in factory through handling customer complaints and investigating day to day issues in the plant. Will be the first point of contact for CIT issues in the plant and in absence of the QA manager representing the monthly and weekly meetings.
Competencies:
- Dairy Technologist graduate..
- Working knowledge and undertaking of ISO 9001.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position within a dairy and food factory.
- Experience in SAP.
