Job Purpose:
Jobs at this level are responsible for supervising and conducting periodic assessment of HR operations pertaining to recruitment, on - boarding, employee care, employee profile maintenance and other employee services in line with prescribed policies and procedures. Also, they are responsible for resolving all employee queries/complaints related to HR processes, reviewing key operational human resource metrics and undertaking initiatives for improvement.
Responsibilities:
-Handle recruitment and its related activities including psychometric testing in coordination with L&D. Contribute in educating line/hiring managers to implement Competency Based Interviewing (CBI). -Supervise end-to-end on - boarding process for all new hires of STC to ensure new hires are familiarized with STC culture and their role. -Work with line managers to implement best recruitment practice using Competency -Based Interviewing (CBI) and other assessment/ selection tools. -Develop database of high-potential talents relevant to the sectors externally. -Provide BP’s with finale job offers for their review, validation and endorsement. -Manage recruitment referrals as per identified referrals criteria. -Check employment history with related employers , carry out references calls and document findings -Manage relationship with BP’s for Tech & OP’s sectors. -Manage relationship with candidates from application to offer closure or application closure. -Work closely with BP’s in managing Tech & OP’s graduate recruitment campaigns program, which include but are not limited to:
Qualifications:
- Degree : Bachelor Degree
- Major : Business Administration, HR
- Years of experience : 4 - 6 Years
- Nature of experience : <br/>• Conveys or exchanges basic information in routine ways to audiences knowledgeable about the subject matter.
- English level : Proficiency
- Professional certificates :
