Talent Acquisition Specialist, Axi, Dubai, UAE

    Position Purpose

    The role is to work collaboratively with management to conduct high-quality and timely end-to-end recruitment and selection of employees at all levels across the Northern Hemisphere (currently UK, Ukraine, Cyprus and Dubai), as well as be a participative member of the Global HR team. 

    This role would suit someone with strong experience in talent acquisition that also has wider HR generalist experience, and will be involved in assisting both the global talent acquisition function (Australia, Singapore, Philippines, soon to be more), as well as the highly collaborative HR team on projects that take your interest.


    Major Responsibilities

    • End-to-end talent acquisition, including leading the sourcing and interview plan for each position
    • Be the liaison with recruitment agencies, although assisting to reduce our reliance on them by stepping up efforts in direct sourcing methods
    • Support hiring managers in effective recruitment, including training and coaching where required
    • Generating letter of offer
    • Report and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of applicant sourcing
    • Conduct salary benchmarking of roles to ensure appropriate salary range to market
    • Assist with Southern Hemisphere Talent Acquisition as required, as well as global HR team priorities


    Essential Criteria

    • 5+ years full lifecycle talent acquisition, with experience in in-house recruitment
    • Proven experience managing high volume of job requisitions at one time
    • Experience in building and executing sourcing strategies with hiring managers


    Desirable Criteria

    • No preference on industry background, however desirable to have recruited for technical roles (such as technology/development) or sales or marketing
    • Generalist HR background with good understanding of areas such as performance management, employee relations, and remuneration and reward
