Senior Sustainability Planning Analyst, STC, KSA

 

Job Purpose:

THIS POSITION IS POSTED FOR TARGETING A CANDIDATE ON THE SAME GRADE (TRANSFER) The role holder is responsible for Developing and designing the Company’s annual sustainability report and sustainability disclosures, the role holder is also responsible for Identifying and tracking the latest trends in sustainability reporting regulations, the role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Develops and design the Company’s annual sustainability report and sustainability disclosures Identifies and track the latest trends in sustainability reporting regulations, best practices, frameworks and standards Assess the organization’s current sustainability performance, identify and prioritize the organization’s key sustainability issues as part of the materiality analysis Ensures appropriate internal controls and measurement systems are in place to support and maintain sustainability reporting integrity and assurance Participates the drafting of sustainability related insights, whitepapers and external reports Assists the GD in developing all required processes, procedures and their updates Monitors the latest trends from ESG rating agencies and recommend courses of action to improve scores and address gaps Assists with drafting the Company’s strategic positions and narratives on sustainability issues Supports corporate Sustainability goals implementation and progress, performance metrics and reporting, sharing of practices, training, external engagements, monitoring and feedback, all while ensuring plan alignment and consistency. Assess and benchmark performance relative to customer expectations and industry peers. Supports the development and consolidating General Dept. budget in coordination with finance Represents and act as GD Risk Champion to implement Risks & Business Continuity strategy, framework, methodologies, processes and procedures in coordination with Corporate Risks general department.

Qualifications:

  • Degree :   Bachelor Degree
  • Major :   Engineering, Marketing, Science
  • Years of experience :   2 - 4 Years
  • Nature of experience :   Experience in a PR/ Corporate communication / marketing position where there was exposure to a busy communication environment is preferred.
  • English level :   Proficiency
