This role is equal parts business strategy and product definition/delivery. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment – operating at all levels of the organisation. The ideal candidate will use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, cross-functional understanding, business judgment, and strategic thinking to define the programs that expand the reach of Amazon Devices across different countries. You will work closely with many partners such as the business development team, solutions architects, finance, Content team, tax, accounting, and legal to ensure customers have access to a world-class experience. The candidate will possess superior native-level oral and written (Khaleeji Arabic and English) communication skills with an innate attention to detail and the technical understanding to drive deals across all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Define user needs, identifying gaps, features enhancements and opportunities. - Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision - Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application - Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
· a deep understanding of user patterns, defining key metrics, designing analysis, instrumenting the reporting artefacts by working with data engineers and BIEs, to senior executives. Your outputs will shape the product and business decisions for builders creating products and features customers love. You will need a strong ability to identify the most critical metrics and the relationships among those to inform customer-obsessed decisions.
· a solid understanding of how to acquire and transform data to drive your analysis in a consumable way for your stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background, have a passion for innovating, have a well-rounded background in their current software and/or hardware disciplines, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be motivated by a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You will need to make appropriate trade-offs to optimise for quality, meet deadlines and communicate goals, milestones, and desired outcomes to cross-functional teams and leadership. The candidate should have experience working in a product development environment, strong organisational skills, and excellent-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities:
· Establish and run a managing analytics roadmap involving cross-functional stakeholders (BIE, data science, data engineering, product, marketing)
· Owning the metrics definitions and instrumentation
· Design and execute product/feature validation projects
· Help with the strategy, design, and execution of new initiatives aimed at new product features

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Multiple years years of experience
· Strong skills
· Strong and relationship building skills
· Exceptional communication abilities with and non- audiences, both verbal and written, including long-form business writing on complex topics
· Experience working on confidential and/or high-tech programs and/or products
· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Success with the planning and delivery of large scale, complex, and cross-functional projects
· Decision making and complex problem solving; a system thinker who proactively gathers the right data from appropriate sources to make the right decisions
· Fluency in Gulf dialects and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Masters degree in the related fields (business, marketing, mathematics, statistics)
· Experience in a product development environment (e.g. IT, Software)
· Previous experience in marketing analytics
· Experience leading in the delivery of large, complex, programs
