About the team:
You will be working with a dynamic team based out of Bahrain. The partnership and sales team will be only you however you will be working closely with the GM and the central team to ensure you have the right support to succeed.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for the acquisition and account management of corporate sales clients in Bahrain which includes:
- Leading the focal point for all the corporate sales efforts in Bahrain
- Meeting with new and existing clients.
- Ensuring great attention to detail and very fast SLA when dealing with clients on project planning and implementation.
- Building and nurturing the relationship with Marketing, PR and Supply teams on the ground to ensure timely delivery of corporate sales projects.
- Working on business cases and key metrics to be presented to the country GM and Finance/Commercial teams for any sales deal.
- Reporting on Corporate deals on a weekly basis and comparing versus targets and budgets to ensure alignment.
- Maintaining an updated CRM tool on a daily basis.
- Measured by GMV of invoiced clients
- Responsible for the building strong partnerships that will help Careem grow its business in Bahrain:
- Comfortable to discuss partnership opportunities with HR teams for employees benefits and with different commercial teams for Bahrain focused partnerships
- Ability to think analytically to develop partnership propositions that are win-win for Careem
- Ability to manage and satisfy partner requests within agreed time-frames
- Effectively execute of all initiatives with partners and end to end ownership
- Align with all key stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Demand Growth, BI, etc…)
- Tabulate and present key findings on partnerships for further insight
- Measured by Impact (trips, new users, gross revenue, impressions)
What you'll need:
- 3-5 years of previous sales or partnership experience
- Strong sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing background
- Diversity across various industries
- Strong command of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
- Comfortable to present in front of large audiences
- A solid understanding of company’s market: products, players, technologies
- World class communication skills: ability to express oneself with clarity
Where you'll be
- Even though we are working remotely, we are strong believers in collaboration and the power of building social connections with our teams. For that reason, our offices are still open and provide plenty of collaboration-friendly spaces at times when teams need it or if you need a quiet space to work outside of home.
- You’ll be working in the location you’re hired from. Due to legal and compensation considerations, you will need to be based out of the country you’re hired from as your primary work location.
