- Role Purpose
To supervise and train a team of HFS Sales Reps across an assigned territory in order to achieve the adequate standards in in-store execution and the desired sales results.
- Key Accountabilities
Team Support and Operational Discipline
Enable and energize the direct reports through adequate coaching, mentoring and training in order to achieve the desired business results and personal growth.
Ensuring 100% Team adherence to the Journey Plan.
Issuing Targets to the team and channelizing the efforts of the team to achieve the same.
Ensuring regular tracking of the Team Performance through My Store.
Ensure that all supporting systems (My Store), processes and tools that will enable the HFS Sales team are being followed and are operating efficiently to deliver targeted results at market place.
Ensure all potential outlets are covered appropriately with the optimum frequency in order to maximize the productivity.
Deploy efficient coverage plan to achieve highest level of productivity and efficiency.
Core Business and Financial Accountability
Volume, Collection and Reach/Distribution achievements as per Business plan.
In-store fundamentals perfectly executed as per Transmed standards.
Continuously focus on smooth collection process by taking the initiative and managing priorities.
Oversee the process of collection of trade receivables in order to achieve targeted credit terms policy and adherence to SOPs.
Oversee the execution of the Sales Business Plans by his team flawlessly to achieve desired target execution objectives.
Reports Analysis
Analyse the following field reports on a daily basis i.e. HFS Productivity and Coverage Report, Reach Report, Maps Report, Order Report, Sales Report, Payment Reports, Initiative Reports and Store Check Reports
Relationship Management
Manage relationships with customers and the market as a whole in order to ensure productive working relationships and long term strategic partnership
Market Intelligence and Competitive Reporting
Communicate internally to the Unit Manager-HFS any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on our business in order to take required action
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Marketing / Management and / or related field
- 3 years of experience in Sales
