The Main Purpose of your role is to:
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities.
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Track project and provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders
- Prepare user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Project Insights
- Create P&L of operations & logistics services
- Develop logics for rider assignment based on location's heat map
- Drive rider performance by training them on order acceptance and other rules
Do you have some of these?
- Minimum academic qualifications: Bachelors (preferably BBA/ Computer Science/ related field)
- Proven experience of at least 3 year in project management or related fields. PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Analytical skills are necessary in order to correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential.
- Should have problem-solving and analytical skills, technically savvy and has an interest in leveraging data and automations
- Strong collaboration, time-management, influencing and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Be a good team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team.
- Excellent in English (written, oral, and presentation) - Arabic is a plus
