Job Description

This is a remote position.

Objective:

Lead and deploy tech projects and functions in Blockchain.
Develop talent and apps on the latest Blockchain networks.

Description:

Develop detailed business and financial plans based on market data and projections, to determine scope, timelines, and resources before product development and deployment.
Manage the design, development, and deployment of applications and systems using technical specifications that satisfy the business needs and requirements.
Manage the design of system elements and guidelines, such as templates, modules, and workflows, based on the specified requirements.
Manage product development and research activities to design workflows according to best practices, and suggest efficient and effective solutions.
Oversee the system tests and troubleshooting sessions to ensure the proper functionality of the apps and workflows, and find solutions for any issues that occur.
Develop policies, standard operating procedures, goals, and objectives, in conjunction with the company mission and purpose.
Monitor financial budgets, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and identify any areas needing cost reduction or improvement, and suggest strategies.
Develop strategic business and financial plans and road maps for application features and updates, along with other potential tech projects.
Develop and mentor business and technical resources, such as technical talent and teams.
Initiate and develop relationships with key internal and external decision makers.

Requirements

Technical & Academic English: Ability to process and digest technical resources and interact with relevant communities, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Learn & Teach: Ability to learn individually, specifically new languages, and transfer knowledge to other peers.
Reverse Engineering: Ability to reverse engineer existing websites to learn about how they function and to integrate with them.
Integrations: Ability to integrate and adapt systems with third-parties.
Linux: Command Line Interface, and master server's security in managing Linux ports.
Programming Tools: Github, Gatsby, Webflow, Miro, Linx, Figma, etc.
Programming Languages: JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, etc.
Cloud & Productivity Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoho Office
Analytical Software: Tableau, SPSS, JMP Pro, etc.
Blockchain: Knowledge of blockchain theory and structure, hyper ledger Fabric blockchain network, hash functions SHA256 and others, Haskell programming languages, Scala programming language, etc., along with general industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors.
Negotiation: Knowledge in business planning and analysis, financial modeling, and negotiation skills.
Economics & Accounting: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Admin & Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resource.
Law and Government: Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, etc.
