Main Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations through the system
Liase directly with customer for general communication/Sales
Organize and maintain the filing system currently in place and introduce new system as and when necessary
Manage courier collections and deliveries
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited photocopying/faxing/scanning/mailing and filing
Working closely with the suppliers to source parts and negotiate with suppliers
Ensure that quotations are supplied to customers within 36 hours from receipt
Follow the procedures set out in QA for the use of the company's software
Chase purchase orders and delivery dates with suppliers in regular basis

Requirements:

Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years’ experience in responsibilities and procedure
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability to communicate in English language effectively
Ability to follow oral and written instruction
Computer literate
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Specialist knowledge: Data entry onto SAP or any other similar accounting system
Previous experience about sales of Spare Parts
