As the Lead Services Specialist- Training, you will be responsible for. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service, manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Develops an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Contributes to plan of larger unit.
As the Lead Services Specialist you will be:
- Delivering Technical Training for Drilling services, especially experience in Logging while drilling (LWD) and Directional Drilling (DD)
- Delivering all field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system, and process trainings, covering both Western and Eastern Hemisphere, remotely and in-person.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.
- Conducting training for Drilling services, which includes experience in directional drilling, application engineering, well planning and drilling optimization.
- Keeping close contact with Drilling services central service delivery teams to get the latest information and knowledge about new tools, software, and operations in general.
- Having ownership for the materials being delivered and ensure its updated frequently.
- Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum 5 years’ experience as LWD Engineer/ LWD Remote Operations/ Technical Support.
- Demonstrate expertise in collaborating, influencing, and motivating teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects.
- Prove excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
- Show good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirements
- Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
