Lead Payroll & HRIS Administration MENA

Role Objective
The Payroll & HRIS Administration Manager MENA (GOM Position Title: Lead Payroll & HRIS Administration MENA) for the KG will act as the CoE (Center of Expertise) for the central functions of payroll and Employee Central / HRIS management scope for the KG with the primary aim to:
- Ensure efficiency and standard in our HR operations processes related to Workforce Admin.
- Efficiently support Human Resources across all OCs in the KG in the administrative and transactional activities of the whole employee lifecycle in providing HR operational, administrative and transactional support for various HR tasks in the whole employee lifecycle i.e. processing payroll, including social security and tax, maintaining HRIS data in EC.

- Centralized Payroll Management
- HRIS Employee Central Administration
- HR Ticketing Service
- Medical and Life Insurances
- Social Security, Taxation, Pension
- Work Permits, Visas & Immigration
- Travel Desk
- Outsourcing Support Functions
- Support on Total Rewards: Compensation Planning, Pay Design & Benefits Program, GPS Grading
- Variable Pay/Bonus/Incentive Program
- Global Mobility / IAs
- Benchmarking and Market Survey
Education
- Formal academic qualification in human resource management.
- Post-graduate degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in managing the payroll/C&B function and data management in a supervisor/managerial role with a total of 10 years in an HR environment.
- Exposure in an industrial engineering and multinational environment would be a preference.
- In-depth understanding of C&B and HRIS.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Understanding of SAP HRMS & SuccessFactors would be necessary.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
- Proficient in English both in speaking and writing.
