Position Summary
Develop, implement and achieve annual customer plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while maximizing trade investment return within designated accounts.
A day in the life of...
- Develop and Build their Key Drivers in their country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the MOR
- Responsible to achieve their sales targets, meet the set budgets and ensure good ROI while delivering on best in class service levels.
- Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their team efforts and results (direct and also BSP teams).
- Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, tele sales, direct contact, etc..
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business
What will make you successful
- More than 3 years in Key Accounts, preferred in the Out of Home environment.
- Strong experience in Sales or marketing.
- Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high performance culture.
- Has coordination experience in NiM environment, and working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
- Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry. Technical experience is a plus.
- University Degree in Business or related
- Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)"
