Meta is seeking an experienced business and marketing leader with demonstrated success managing teams, clients and ecosystem. The Industry Manager will lead the Meta’s KSA team: for all verticals. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong business development track record, ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and teams. They will build and manage a strategically focused/consultative sales team, implementing Facebook’s advertising solutions to advertisers. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, successfully managing teams and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience in a sales environment, fluent in the KSA Business environment with an established network as well as extensive experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions such as integrated sponsorships, video and display advertising. This position will be based in Dubai with the expectation of extensive travel to KSA.
- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
- Develop a deep understanding KSA business landscape, including digital publishing and affiliate marketing, national agenda and vision 2030
- Play the lead role in developing the holistic business of a DR business by owning vertical work streams and/or strategic pillars of success
- Build, train and maintain a high performing team
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
- Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short term sales strategies
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers
- +10 years of experience with digital media, sales and marketing, strategy consulting
- +4 years of experience with management
- Hand on media and analyses track record
- Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft media strategy
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
- Storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to clients
- Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision: preferably with proven business development record of partnerships creation and M&A
- Proven experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
- Knowledge of the media landscape, reseller channels and vertical markets
- Fluency in Arabic and English
