Company:
Nathan & Nathan HR is a leading HR and Employee Outsourcing Provider across GCC.
Role:
- Review current HR policies and procedures and create and implement new ones
- Ensure adherence of HR policies and procedures by all employees across the organisation.
- Responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, employee engagements, grievances, and performance management.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for employees across the organisation.
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations across the organisation including employee contracts, visa processing, overseeing the payroll responsibility with the HR Payroll Officer, expenses, annual leave, etc.
- Ensure up to date Labour Laws are being followed, with regular updating of contracts within the Business
- Lead by example and take on the responsibility of establishing a healthy and vibrant work culture across the organisation.
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a great team player and be used to working in fast-paced inclusive environment.
You will be a quick learner, willing to grow and develop.
Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience of 8+ years in Human Resources
Successful Applicant:
- 8+ years of experience in HR working as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner within HR operations or similar roles is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
- Strong Knowledge of HR software systems
- Knowledge of the current market
- Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is preferred
- Must be currently located in UAE
- Ability to deliver Key Performance Indicators in a regulated environment through one's own initiative
