About the Job

In this role, you will be an active member of the Energy Division Management team for Middle East and Africa and will contribute to growing GPHE equipment businesses by helping our customers in district cooling, Refrigeration, data centers and light industries make their processes more energy efficient and sustainable. You will be responsible to

1) Drive the business with a specific focus on a Business Unit or an industry, by proactively leading and supporting sales within and/or across the Sales Company.
2) Develop a deep understanding of the industry (or market for the application/product), including market drivers and competitive landscape within the BU/industry scope. He/she is the owner of Marketing plan for the specific business and to set the pricing strategy.
3) Introduce and sell new products and/or application/solutions directly to the customers/market.
4) Coordinate big project in complex business and is the contact responsible with central Division /Business units.  
5) Build up organization competencies in product/application.
Is hands on and able to look at unexplored markets, plan  and deliver results based on plans        

7) Can manage 1 or 2 application engineers.

Who you are

- Industry, Product and Application proven competence
- Industry experience – Heat exchanger needs in HVAC, Refrigeration, Data centres
- Business acumen - Business/marketing analysis, contracts, pricing, sales & marketing
- Financial acumen – Profit &Loss, balance sheet and cash flow

- Customer relations and negotiating skills
- Systems / solutions engineering knowledge, technical and costing
- High proficiency in Alfa Laval Core technology
- Good communication skills

- Proficiency in excel, word, presentation packages

- Engineering Degree – Chemical, Mechanical and related. MBA will be an advantage.

- Strong networking in the involved segment, with customers
