The company:
JBAndrews is partnered with a new healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia. They are searching for a Chief Human Resources Officer who can lead all of the HR functions of the new facility.
The Role:
- Reporting to the CEO of the Hospital.
- Supervise HR Directors.
- Develop HR policies and procedures for all branches.
- Ensure the HR plans align with the hospitals mission and business objectives.
- Build the HR department from scratch.
The requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree educated in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a relevant field.
- Master’s degree educated is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within HR leadership.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPD will be advantageous.
- Must have experience within the GCC.
- Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
