Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for reviewing the BU’s communication plans, representing the Corporate Communication General Directorate in meetings, reviewing/approving communication material, implementing brand communication initiatives, performing brand image surveys and recommending improvement initiatives for the General Directorate. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Global Brand Communication for stc Group in order to ensure consistency Monitor, guide and approve all BUs day-to-day communications activities plans and campaigns including ATL/BTL/Digital materials (assessment of the campaign creative ideas, messages, and executions) in consistency with brand strategy and its guidelines and to ensure that stc reputation is favoured internally/ externally. Manage the brand audit for all MARCOM activities (advertising, digital, sponsorship, CSR, event, etc.) for stc Group. Review & approve strategic/business partnerships for stc KSA Develop and manage brand knowledge sharing program for stc Group to ensure mutual understanding Develop and manage Global Brand Champaign Program for stc Group Implements brand guardianship process procedures to ensure proper adherence to guidelines Manage the brand audit of employee experience for stc Group. Manage the brand audit of products & services experience for stc Group to ensure accurate connection with brand Audit and support Employer Brand in order to avoid any possible deviation from corporate brand Manage the brand audit of retail experience for stc Group in order to ensure seamless brand experience Manage the brand audit of customer care for stc Group. Develop and manage brand induction program for stc KSA and endorse it across stc Group.
Qualifications:
- Degree : Bachelor Degree
- Major : Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations
- Years of experience : 4 - 6 Years
- Nature of experience : experience working in the marketing, market research, digital marketing, advertising, public relations or other marketing areas at technology/telecommunication industry.
- English level : Advanced
