Seeking a talented, experienced Service Assurance Account ManagerDESCRIPTION:
Account Manager (Service Assurance) - Saudi Arabia
Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Service Assurance Sales Account Manager who will thrive with the responsibility of driving new sales into the Enterprise Sector (Gov, Financial, Oil & Gas) in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work to achieve a sales quota, working in a matrix environment with local account teams. We seek someone with solid existing relationships with IT Network Operations stakeholders in named and big Enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi IT Enterprise market. We also expect a strong understanding and experience of the service assurance & application performance monitoring ecosystem (cybersecurity knowledge would be a plus) , with probably 10+ years experience. We are looking for someone based in Riyadh and who is comfortable with frequent travel within the region and sometimes beyond.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve the yearly assigned sales quota
- Develops a pipeline of 3X quota
- Provide accurate quarterly & yearly forecast to the sales management
- Responsible for booking business per the company bookings policies and revenue recognition policy
- Develops strong relationships with IT security stakeholders in the targeted accounts
- Understand the targeted account’s business to position the needed solutions
- Meeting IT stakeholders within the targeted accounts to position our innovative solutions and articulate their values to the business
- Consistently call & meet the targeted accounts at multiple levels to generate leads & to move open opportunities to successful closure
- Works collaboratively with local sales team
- Works collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure proposing the right solutions for targeted accounts
- Follows company strategy and direction
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines
- Substantial travel between KSA cities, region and occasionally beyond is required as well as remote office ability
Education and other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree is a nice to have option
Experience Requirements:
- 10 + years IT sales experience required in Saudi Arabia Enterprise market
- Solid relationships with IT Network Operations stakeholders in named & big Enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of service assurance & application performance monitoring ecosystem. (Knowledge in the cybersecurity is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of KSA IT Enterprise market
- Disciplined in a recognized sales methodology and can demonstrate a good understanding of sales cycle processes & development
- Demonstrable experience to work with large, complex accounts in KSA.
- Experienced to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with local sales team
- A solid understanding of relevant technologies, market and accounts
- Track record of exceptional and consistent quota achievement
- Highly committed to accomplish assigned tasks on time
- Ability to pursue and close new business in a timely managed manner
- Must have exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of using CRM tools (Salesforce) & provide accurate update
