- Responsible for managing the sales and relationships of designated customer base, by building strong, enduring customer relationships.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customer.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Identify, approach and grow relationships with key influencers and decision makers involved in events, through intelligence gathered, media and Internet research and through personal contact.
- Respond to qualified leads, produced through market intelligence and review all identified opportunities with the Sales Director.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s growth.
- Support the Business Development strategy by attending weekly Sales and Business Development meetings, submit weekly progress reports, forecast and track key account metrics.
- Ensure a good pipeline of sales opportunities & meet potential clients by growing, maintaining & leveraging your network.
- Attend industry functions, such as events and conferences and provide feedback and information on the market & its trends.
- Contribute to the development of the CRM system and process.
- Actively use and promote the CRM system to consolidate and analyse market information as the basis for strategic decision making.
- To support and contribute to the Company’s overall business development and marketing strategy and collaborate with Sales Director to formulate a sales and business development plan.
- Understand the company’s goals and ambitions to enhance the company’s performance.
- Maintain consistent interaction with the Project Management team in the delivery of projects.
- Be familiar with the asset management system, producing quotes and proposals as appropriate.
- Advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can be enhanced.
- At all times, the Account Manager is expected to abide by all health and safety requirements to Company prescribed standards.
- To undertake miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director.
- To ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.
