Purpose of the Job
As part of Riyadh Transit System Maintenance team, the RST Industrial Leader will be in charge to industrialize the Preventive and corrective maintenance plan in the shopfloor and will support the Execution TEAM for improvement of the productivity/efficiency KPI’s .
Sequencing of the maintenance plan / deployment of the OVH workshops.
Insure the deployment accordingly to the Safety and Quality policy.
Reporting directly to the RST Manager.

Internal: Sub-System Maintenance Managers, Sub-System Maintenance Leader, Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance professional of other subsystems
Performance Measurement
- On Time Delivery, Daily and weekly work progress of the scheduled industrialization deployment
- Respect of AZDP, HSE and Quality rules
- Continuous improvement
Accountabilities
- Delivery of the daily Fleet requirements.
- Industrialization of All Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
- Applying and Maintaining the safest methods of work by respecting rules and procedures
Responsibilities
- Participate to all RST internal and contractual Training to achieve highest performance
- To work in and grant safe working environment through respect of method statement, strict application of Permit to Work and Alstom safety rules.
- To follow the instructions of the hierarchy in order to meet the availability of the RST
- To apply all planned and unplanned maintenance in time so to avoid any disruption of service.
- Solve technical corrective failure on various Equipment of the Depot
- Ensure critical issues are identified proactively and communicate with your leader
- Participate to the continuous improvement of the maintenance steps.
- Onsite intervention readiness at all time to restore the Service.
- Support continuous improvement activities within the workshop
- Follow up reporting and configuration change rules & process by using the proper tool.
- Report with transparency
- Ensure work is performed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Rules and Regulations, AZDP, Railway Group Standards, TOC Safety Case and ALSTOM Policies and Procedures & Code of Ethics
EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the Alstom policy and Customer requirements
by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors. Use and promote Close Call Reporting.
Educational Requirements
- Electrical/Electronical or Mechanical with minimum 5 years of proved track record of Industrialization for Maintenance or manufacturing activities in Rolling stock field
Desired Knowledge / Experience
- Rolling Stock Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge
- FAI of maintenance task
- ALSTOM industrialization processes
- Previous working experience of Multicultural teams
- Very good knowledge of railway products and systems,
- Clear reporting
- Professionalism in way of working
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Very Good Knowledge of Metro systems
- Sense of Urgency
- Problem solving and Analytical thinking
- Planning and Organizational skill to meet availability and reliability figures
