About The Role

As Operations Manager, Reservations and Call Center you will be responsible for proving support on the day to day operation of the resort Call Centre and Reservations department, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation to achieve maximum revenue. You will ensure exceptional service standards are maintained coupled with highly detailed, efficient, and personalized service in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate must be a highly articulate communicator with exceptional technical knowledge of a variety of Call Center and Reservations systems.
About You
A successful candidate should hold a Bachelors’ degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience managing a busy Call Centre and/or Reservations department within a luxury Five Star hospitality environment. A demonstrated history of providing exceptional service outcomes through a highly motivated team is mandatory along with a passion for service delivery to the highest Five Star service levels.
