- Partner Day to Day Operations
· Partner with customers to implement best practices across Energy & Utility companies
· Craft & Execute overall Energy & Utilities sales strategy by identifying prospects and initiating contacts for new opportunity as it relates to their IT needs
· Builds strong relationship and Joint pipeline and GTM with key Industry and solution partners
· Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
· Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
· Ensure client understands the value generated and return on investment vs. technical functionality
· Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decision
· Builds a strong pipeline of large digital transformation and win market making deals
· Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
· Build account strategy and territory plan by account tiering.
· Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
· Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
· Report back to the entire organization on growth, key wins, needs and gaps
· Drive account plans around customer needs and accelerate engagement with our strategic and key accounts.
· Expand our market through reimagining marketing and make our InGenius lab the address of Innovation in UAE.
Budgets and Plans
· Recommend the budget, and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
Strategy /Tactical
· Assists clients in identifying areas that require change to adapt to new technologies or evolving business requirements.
· Monitor and synthesize market research relative to our clients as well as industry best practices and emerging solutions that can be applied to our clients’ business
· Develops a strategy of growth across clients and markets
Operational Excellence
· Assists clients in identifying areas that require change to adapt to new technologies or evolving business requirements

People Development
· Builds a strong team Unit of Digital architects, Design thinkers, Solutions specialists and manages closely the CX team and account managers
· Manage performance review, and partner with HR BPs to bring best out of employees and create a great employee EX
Continuous Improvement
· Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
· Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
MIS & Reports
· Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs to meet Injazat’ s and the departmental requirements, policies and standards.

· Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
