If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our HR Operations Team that provides services to our employees across CEEMEA Region (based in Dubai)
The Role
As the HR Services Specialist in our office in Dubai you will work closely with the CEEMEA and Poland HR Services Lead to help shape and plan services strategies to address the needs of the CEEMEA region. The successful candidate will have experience in HR service delivery processes, administration and systems.
You will have the following responsibilities:
• Help the HR Services Lead to provide day to day support and guidance to the HR CEEMEA team
• Workforce administration for assigned offices/segments
• HR Process design or adaptation in accordance with our global common model
• Support HR business process owners with documentation of processes
• Work with the HR Services Lead to enhance Human Resources technology solutions to create efficiency and productivity gains, optimize resources and enhance the colleague and candidate experience
• Perform HR transactions in all applicable HR systems, answering HR and employees/managers inquiries and process requests according to specific guidelines
• Deliver internal workshops and provide training to colleagues around HR processes and HR systems
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required
• Take minutes and follow up on action items for meetings
• HR Administration for the UAE and Saudi offices:
o Review and produce employment contracts
o Draft standard correspondence throughout the employee life cycle such as confirmation of employment, changes to terms and conditions or salary certificates
o Maintain hard & soft copy colleagues files, ensuring these are up-to-date and accessible to other members of the HR team when required
o Serve as the primary contact for HR systems questions and/or issues
o Responsible for administering absences, benefits and medical & life insurance for the assigned offices
o Update and maintain employee handbooks.
o Partner with Payroll regarding changes in information or data inaccuracy for all Middle East colleagues
o Create and distribute data management reports
o Organize onboarding trainings for new colleagues
o Assist in the tailoring HR communications to local business according to cultural needs (e.g., welcome emails)
o Coordinate with local Office Services, Finance, and other Corporate colleagues as needed
The Requirements
- Prior experience in a HR administrator role (with a focus on managing data entries in HR systems) will be appreciated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to multi-task and to be a resourceful and effective problem solver with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Strong Administration Skills
- Ability to work independently and function well in a team and matrix structure
- Technical proficiency with HR databases and Microsoft applications
