Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for acquiring and growing outside IFFCO business for Middle East and Africa in line with our IFFCO S&D strategy.
The incumbent will be working with the MD directly to search and identify potential partners and responsible for overall P&L the complete business of outside IFFCO businesses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, acquire & develop new busiensses for IFFCO Sales & Distribution for Middle East and Africa.
- Overall business performance in terms of Sales (value + volume+margin) for all Channels, Profits and ROCE.
- Work with the partners and the team in developing strategies and tactics for profitable revenue growth within the various channels, and ensure that sales volumes are achieved according to the principals' sales plan.
- Guide the team in designing of business development initiatives to sell products and identify viable business opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Guide the team in identifying and developing business-building opportunities with specific customers / channels through the teams and align initiatives across categories.
- Ensure highest standards of Customer Service to deliver category objectives
- Ensure full integration of Customer Plans with Brand Innovation & lead Joint Business Plan
- Build Channel and Customer thought Leadership
- Direct the teams to measure and review category / channel & Customer performance
- Direct the teams to identify and monitor channel margins and customer profitability
- Guide the team in developing and implementing (after the alignment with the partners) the Long and Mid Term Business Strategies and Annual Budget Plan.
- Maintain awareness of the external competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards and keep abreast in exploring new business opportunities (markets, products)
- Perform periodical business reviews against set and agreed targets.
- Keeping close contact with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with the Law and Code of Conduct.
- Provide Leadership to all levels of the organization to ensure full alignment of the same to the Targets set.
- In collaboration with HR ensure implementing all elements of all HR policy.
- Be a role model, coach, mentor the team.
- Full implementation of IFFCO Values (PIECE), Vision and Policies

Work experience requirement
- Total Work Experiences of Minimum 12+ Years in Distribution companies with proven track record in building and managing the large business in the targeted countries.
- Overall exposure to B2C and B2B business and knowledge of upper and lower trade
- Experience of working in multi cultural environment.
- Experience of managing the full value chain in business.
- Knowledge of Sales and Distribution in GCC, Middle East and Africa.
Qualification
Minimum under graduate, preferable an MBA from a recognized university
