The associate will support the business in building and developing a rolling Forecast which will support the overall decision making. The Planner will build a holistic view and overall understanding of the business and therefore support the cycle in making better decisions.

What are we looking for?

High caliber which has a strong planning background
5-7 years experience in FMCG field specifically in Planning ( preferred in Demand Planning )
potential to add value in the overall future automation ,specially in the field of digitalization ( Power BI )

What will be your key responsibilities?

Manage demand reviews and feed the Sales & Operating Planning & Strategy Deployment (S&OP+) process on a demand group level
Support the channel development in the customer meeting by running R&O simulation and provide the GL views by demand group.
Develop a statistical Forecasting reviews and provide a 26 periods by demand group by SKU.
Attend MEA marketing meetings (ATG’s) for activities management and be the custodian of volume and value uplifts.
Manage & maintain periodical forecast on JG as to be the sole output of the statistical 0-26 period.
Liaise with sales and marketing the inputs of local & central activities on JG.
Ensure that the short-term plan reflects the market potential, and be able to understand & explain deviations from Plan and/or latest Review of Business.
Ensure an independent, non-biased and robust forecast that is agreed by all stakeholders.
Drive the continuous improvement of the market reviews and the DMR.
Coordinate with Finance and Supply to ensure submission of the most accurate revenue target for the market and lead gap closing discussions with the customer marketing and sales teams.
