CCNA - Business Operations Director, Canon, Dubai, UAE

 Overall responsibility and leadership of the local Business Operations function, ensuring optimized support of local sales opportunities and as the single point of ownership, collaborate with other functions to enable this. Partner with the management team ensuring a focus on both operations and continuous improvements to gain efficiencies and support and drive sales growth.

• Realization of efficiencies in the end to end business operations processes, driving and ensuring achievement of agreed KPIs.
• Owner of the local business operations’ processes and drive continuous improvements, working collaboratively with colleagues both locally and centrally.
• Create and manage the Business Operations team, providing leadership and development to ensure the team members are customer focused and business outcome driven.
• Part of the Pan European Business Operations community, sharing and developing best practices.
• As part of this community, take full responsibility to provide input, ensure consistency across EMEA and execute accordingly.
