Job Description

Key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to:

• Develop customer's brand loyalty
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and high levels of client satisfaction
• Ensure professional growth and training of the staff
• Oversee visual merchandising practices and standards and make sure that they are in line with the corporate visual merchandising guidelines
• Reflect the brand's corporate image in terms of standing and ensure that the staff is also aligned to the brand's DNA
• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
  
  

The Successful Applicant

Key requirements for the role include:

• Extensive experience with delivering excellent guest service levels gained in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
• Detailed oriented, with strong coaching, leadership and management skills
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the luxury fashion industry
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
