Support and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that it is unified and consistent, in addition to raising brand awareness through creative marketing initiatives, Events, Digital platforms etc..

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead core event management from end to end to deliver to customer expectations
• Assume brand guideline responsibilities in selected key events to ensure consistency
• Provide support to brand managers as and when required for delivering the content for the events
• Create all supplier data base and processing of purchase orders, payments in line with the guidelines
• Work with central procurement to identify new suppliers to continuously evaluate cost saving opportunities
• Manage IFFCO website and coordinate with IS team for updates, new contract and maintain to number of hours agreed
• Support intranet with artworks as necessary on request from human resources
• Collaborate with marketing team to optimize the delivery of IFFCO brochures, movies or any other corporate content
• Maintain external supplier network for communication content development
• Manage inventory for all supplies for the event or corporate marketing materials
• Support in developing external image of IFFCO through corporate gifting strategies
• Coordinate external publishing of newspaper adverts as and when required
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, IFFCO sales, marketing, operations, technical to deliver the agreed objectives in cost effective and timely manner
• Building (technical) skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are preferred

Work experience requirement
• 5 to 8 years of experience
• Demonstrable people leadership and development experience is a must
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management / Event Management (Experience in managing big exhibitions, hotel events in country or external destinations)
- Degree in Mass Communication (preferred)
Other Requirements
• Result-oriented attitude, pragmatic hands-on approach, and can-do mentality
• Team leadership
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, and Arabic is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Demonstrable project management and product management skills
