Job Purpose
To coordinate all external training activities through vendor management and develop an annual training calendar which specifies the type of training opportunities offered to Gulf Bank employees.
Job Accountabilities
Business Specific
- Coordinate arrangements for local external training courses and programs (IBS)
- Coordinate arrangements and approvals for international events, seminars and training programs
- Develop training calendar by scheduling all trainings for GB employees as per requirements
- Update Halogen system with course creations and employee training records
- Prepare reports; monthly training and attendance reports
- Prepare communication to staff for external training course reminders
- Coordinate with MGRP to process training reimbursements for Kuwaiti employees
- Manage vendor contracts by providing necessary information for designing external training programs

Qualifications
Education & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR
Knowledge
Sound knowledge of training techniques and methodologies and vendor management
Experience
2-3 years within HR
