Department
HUMAN RESOURCES (Ras Laffan)
Primary purpose of job Perform a variety of HR Admin duties according to QatarEnergy Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Manual of Authority, Work Instructions and Compensation Benefits.
Experience & Skills
1. Atleast 4 years experience in HR department of a large commercial or industrial organization, with preferably 2 years in Personnel Administration.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Software & SAP HR module. 3. Must achieve minimum Level 5 English competence. 4. Preferably proficient in oral and written Arabic. Education Completion of Secondary (12 years) education or a Diploma in Business Administration, plus 1 year office administration/secretarial training
