Your Job:

As an Admixture Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for:

    • Direct the development and oversee the implementation of operational policies covering all areas of technical activities.
    • Direct the preparation of the technical functional and performance versus the budget in his area.
    • Employee technical skills and knowledge to create sales opportunities.
    • Ensure the effective achievement of Sales functional objectives through the leadership of the Sales function – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
    • Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the factories and Arkaz premises to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
    • Recommend and/or implement technical support to major strategic capital initiatives in which Arkaz is involved to ensure that the company’s commercial interests are protected and the initiative progresses according to defined cost, quality and time standards.
    • Leads and manages all area sales activities
    • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results and maintaining an up-to-date data bank of all competitive marketing activities
    • Be able to analyze market trends in designated area and behavior to uncover new business and sales opportunities
    • Leads and manages the area’s overall sales, strategies and budgets
    • Advises and assists on the annual planning cycle and prepares profitability forecast for all department raw materials and marketed products
    • Leads and manages the complete sales cycle from qualifying, to proposal development, to competing and finally closing for assigned area.
    • Involved in the business planning with the rest of the team and setting prices for different products and price forecast
    • Promote positive relations with partners and vendors
    • Promote and oversee the launching of product/services into area
    • Driving sales and launching products from start to finish
    • Resolve complaints in liaison with Area Sales Manager

 

Your skills and experience:
  • B.Sc. preferably in Civil Engineering and had an Advanced Technical course in concrete technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales / Technical Service.
