We are looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in Dubai who will be the primary customer Interface regarding the delivery of the live GRS service within an ITIL framework, managing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships both internally and within the customer organisation.
This role will cover one or more commercial contracts and will work closely with the Senior SDM and the other SDM's to provide support and ensure best practise and service improvements are aligned.
This is a Managed Service Provider environment with a commercial relationship in place and so Business Relationship Management is a critical aspect of this role.
The role will be responsible for monitoring contractual Service Levels and working with the wider GRS support organisation to ensure the Service Levels are being met or exceeded.
The role requires an individual possessing a high degree of attention to detail, a proactive thinking approach, confident attitude, excellent communication skills and a drive to excel. Strong leadership, Presentation and Stakeholder Management skills are essential.
