Regional eCommerce Manager, The Coco Cola Company, Dubai, UAE

 In this role, you lead and drive eCommerce strategy across Food Service Aggregators and eRetail customers in top 2 Middle East markets, UAE and KSA, in close partnership with our franchise team and bottling partners:

  • Implement integrated short and mid-term strategies for Digital Commerce/ Food aggregators to accelerate customer-back, consumer-centric programming
  • Drive online penetration, accelerate traffic, increase conversion, basket size, purchase incidence as well as frequencies
  • Constantly track our online market share and incidence share to continuously over-indexing vs. offline channel
  • Work closely with our media, franchise team, global team and bottling partners to get all the foundations right in place (availability, content, product images/title, search, and reviews & ratings)
  • Segment channels and customers and define the role of the key brands based on OBPPC strategy and define KPIs to track progress
  • Map all whitespace opportunities in terms of channel, customers, categories and define the size of prize
  • Analyse on daily / weekly basis our performances, get the right insights, and define actions
  • Work closely with the frontline marketing team to make sure that the brand strategy is fully landed in eCommerce channels
  • Initiate and lead specific eCommerce projects (live streaming, social commerce, gaming, …) across the two markets in collaboration with franchise team, frontline marketing teams, media team and bottling partners
  • Create smooth ways of working between all cross-functional team to make sure that everyone is aligned on eCommerce strategy and priorities
  • Influence key stakeholders (global, local, and bottling partners)
  • The role requires deep understanding of KSA and UAE markets, hence Dubai stated as primary location
  • Nonetheless any candidate who meets the requirements and based in another location that are mentioned above will be considered for the role

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce and /or customer & commercial, preferably in FMCGs in UAE / KSA
  • Strong planning and collaboration skills
  • Data driven and analytical
  • Strong customer understanding from an execution perspective
  • Ability to drive projects end-to-end
  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
  • Strong influential skills
