WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

• Provide Administrative Support to Regional Management Team, in particular to the Managing Director.
• Assist in the planning of meetings / conferences (regional meeting, team events, customer visits…etc.).
• Ensure travel requirements are met, including supporting visa applications.
• Assist in data collection/compilation, and preparation of recurring and ad-hoc reports and presentations.
• Manage the Regional Team's office space.
• Coordinate and execute internal communication activities.

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• Consolidated experience in a similar role (3-5 years minimum)
• Independent judgment – ability to plan, prioritize and organize demanding workload with competing priorities.
• Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Analytical research and problem-solving skills.
• Trustworthy, confidential.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Arabic and/or German valued
