Job Description
- Manage and update all forms and record keeping of quality check as per HACCP requirements
- Supervise daily quality inspections during order picking
- Conduct daily pre-dispatch quality checks on all products picked for progressive orders, and review individual orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders
- Conduct Incoming shipment/delivery quality inspections on all products
- Conduct in-store inspections to assess the products’ quality and manages handling the product at store level
- Ensure record Keeping and filing are correct
- Oversee and check the setup of the QC area for equipment, stationary, forms and files, etc.
- Management of quality manual systems and compliance, and ensure that Health and Safety Requirements are implemented
- Consult with the Asst. Warehouse Manager any problems identified in the QC process including quality issues that are not meeting standards and/or potential safety issue
- Inspect customer returns for products’ quality and coordinate with Store Keepers for timely posting and receiving of returns in the system
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in QC role and/or product knowledge required. Experience in the FMCG Industry is an added advantage
- Advanced MS Office with working knowledge on Oracle
- Good communication skills (English Language – oral and written)
- Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Excellent attention to detail with an ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
- Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
