Responsibilities:
This incumbent will be responsible for the execution of the Patient Support Programs (PSP) and services in coordination with third parties:
- Support the execution and maintenance of the Patients’ Support Programs (PSP) and activities, as applicable (call centers, patient education, and clinical networks) initiated by Value & Access Managers
- Develop PSP trackers and frequently update them to ensure all statistic data is perfectly saved and trustable
- Develop the PSP structure according to the brands’ needs and ensure the correct execution of the tactics planned per brand and financial efficiencies
- Lead the relationship with vendors; contracts, training, processes, KPIs to monitor program progress.
- Ensure fully compliant practices, policies & procedures; works closely with Safety, Compliance, and other partners/ stakeholders
- Execute the financial reconciliations, including financial transactions to vendors, third parties, and partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the position or similar
- Experience managing different vendors (contract management, relationship management)
- Management of computer systems (CRM databases & MS Office)
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
Preferred Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience at a pharmaceutical/biotechnology organization in Patient Support Programs are strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work with all levels of management and the general workforce
- Exposure to project management principles
