WSP currently seek an experienced Mobilisation & Onboarding Manager to ensure a seamless mobilization and onboarding experience for all new joiners to the Company.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Act as the single point of contact for all new hires from the moment they sign their employment offer until after they’ve joined the business and settled into their new role.
- Coordinate handover with TA team, gather all relevant info.
- Assist the new joiner with all necessary document attestation processes in their home country. Coordinate with local agencies to assist, where necessary. Explain thoroughly the visa process in the relevant country into which they are being hired.
- Assist new joiner with shipping logistics for household effects, where applicable.
- Coordinate with PRO team for all labour contract submissions & coordination.
- Confirm joining date with new hires, update relevant HR and Hiring Manager personnel.
- Coordinate with IT team to ensure timely ordering and setup of IT equipment, mobile phone etc.
- Coordinate travel arrangements with HRBP team, ensure accommodation is arranged, airport transfers etc.
- Coordinate welcome calls with Line Manager and other relevant parties.
- Update HRBP with joining information of new hire, ensure correct cost-centre, location, Line Manager etc. is received.
- Ensure ‘Day 1’ readiness in terms of logistics, induction, meet & greets, office/site tours etc.
- Coordinate with PRO team to ensure visa, medical and Emirates ID processes are arranged.
- Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to the new joiner, helping them get settled both personally and professionally as fast as possible.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or similar field.
- What if we can?
- At least 8 years progressive work experience in end-to-end recruitment & mobilization in a multinational &/or agency environment in KSA.
- Preferably have industry experience in construction, engineering or professional services.
- Have proven success as a Business Partner in my recent career known for my expertise in mobilization & onboarding.
- Excellent working knowledge of KSA labour law & practices.
