We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support our busy HR team. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
The HR team, based in our Dubai office, are responsible for all aspects of the employee life cycle, with a strong focus on recruiting the best people, ensuring we retain our talent and enable them to perform to the best of their abilities. This role will play a key part within the team, providing day-to-day administrative support across the full spectrum of HR services whilst supporting the HR manager on various HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full spectrum of HR services including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and engagement activities.
- Set up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update HR systems and records.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, final payments, leave administration and daily HR operations.
- Update and maintain internal systems, records and reports with accurate people data.
- Process new starters, including preparation of their offer documentation, employment contracts and visa process where applicable.
- Manage exit formalities for employees leaving the business.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Comply with all company information security policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
- Comply with company data protection guidelines when dealing with personal and/or sensitive data.
Requirements:
- Solid HR administration experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including printers, photocopiers and scanners.
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion.
- Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and organised and able to make decisions quickly.
- An understanding of the UAE labour law and/or other GCC labour laws would be advantageous.
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment.
- Arabic speaking, although not essential, would be advantageous.
