Government Relations Officer, Aggreko, Jeddah, KSA

 Purpose of the Job:

To manage all works relating to obtaining of visas, licences and other related documents ensuring compliance in line with country laws and requirements at all times.  Provides employee assistance relating to government matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship and take ownership of the relationship with any Governmental entities to enhance the alignment.
  • Renew, update and maintain all the government certificates of all company’s legal entities to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
  • Communicating with Governmental entities to issue licenses and other related documents as required.
  • Guide and assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents and provide them necessary information regarding visa details and requirement of documents.
  • Following, renewal, maintain all company documents such SAGIA, CR, GOSI, etc.
  •  Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders for all government updates in the processes.
  • Provide support during accidents of employees/families.
  • Coordinating with Staff regarding personnel issues related to governmental applications as required.
  • Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.

  • Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.

Person Specification

  • Minimum high school Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in public relation
  • Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business
  • Fluent command of local Language, spoken and written
  • Availability to travel as and when required
  • Office based job and requires light physical effort including driving
