Role Summary
talabat is seeking a highly organised Creative Traffic Lead with prior agency, brand and/or marketing experience, based out of our Dubai office. This role will be part of our regional creative team and support all 8 markets we operate in, while handling all incoming internal requests.
What’s On Your Plate?
Lead day-to-day management of creative marketing projects, working with the creative design, local country teams and regional brand teams to ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with the creative brief and delivered on time
Develop project plans, track timelines, update and flag team members about any potential issues related to timely project execution
Allocate creative resources on a daily basis
Assist in working through scheduling conflicts and creative allocation across all agency projects
Manage creative resource allocations and assist in the prioritization of projects and deliverables
Triage and track incoming feedback/requests for creative deliverables in a multitude of projects for cross-functional designers
Exceptional technical organizational skills combined with a compassionate and positive communication style
What Did We Order?
4+ years experience working with creative teams in an agency environment, in-house creative, design or marketing teams or as a freelance digital project manager
Must have an agency, design or marketing background
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in project management software such as Asana, Monday or Jira
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. English a must and Arabic a bonus!
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize deadline-sensitive projects
Must have extensive experience managing creative budgets and complex timelines.
