Job Description

  1. Establish and develop effective strategy & plans to increase employee’s localization in collaboration and alignment with Saudi Arabia 2030 vision and PepsiCo localization agenda.

  2. Manage, plan, excite the Saudization programs set by the Ministry of Human Resources in collaboration with TA, HBPs, and functions.

  3. Study and recommend needed actions to ensure the existence of a healthy work environment to retain and attract suitable local talents.

  4. Maintain relationships within different sources, communities, and college campuses for the Coop training and other kinds of internship programs.

  5. Liaising between the TM and other functions to ensure training programs for local talents are developed, customized, approved, maintained, revised, properly delivered, and documented as required.

  6. Participate in the AOP (Annual Operation Plan) for planning the required resources for Sauziation programs.

  7. Manage in collaboration with the TM the Career path planning for local talents and ensure their career progression is aligned with PepsiCo agenda. And help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of local talent skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential.

  8. Manage relationship with Human Resources Development Fund, Ministry of Human Resources (Tawteen Program) and ensure getting their full financial & Non-financial support.

  9. Participate in designing and developing the orientation and onboarding and induction programs for the new local joiners.

  10. Review and analyze periodically the attrition & retention rates of local talents and submit the solutions to enhance the ratios. and overcome any Saudization barriers.

  11. Act as a motivational host to perk up Saudi staff and encourage them to work to their optimum efficiency.

  12. Arranging and managing PepsiCo participation in local & international career fairs.

  13. Generating Saudization Reports including Hiring, Termination, Turnover, and percentages on a monthly basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, Experience in FMCG is a plus

  3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills

  4. Highly tactful and diplomatic. Able to forge positive relationships to drive agenda

  5. Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Saudi vision 2030, and MoHR Saudization Agenda

  6. Excellent strategic thinking, planning, commercial acumen, infulenceing and communication skills
