About the role
The Supply Chain Project Coordinator plays an important role in Kerry's ability to lead the New Dry Blending Product Introductions on site for scale ups, project management and commercializations, drive the flow and use of SFDC and overall commercialization at the sites.
The successful candidate should be an excellent team player where, he/she possess strong project management, influencing and analytical skills to make good decision.
Key responsibilities
- Project manage the commercialization of key new products - coordinate and support cross-functional team (R&D, sales, Operation, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain) towards the same goal of successful commercialization of new products
- Lead and coordinate all activities to deliver the first production of the key new product to meet the customer’s launch date
- Produce weekly status reports on the status of new products
- Support the key stakeholder in the process with commercialization issues and provide guidance on the use of Salesforce (SFDC)
- Embed best practice and identify bottlenecks into the commercialization process. Act as an escalation point for any problems and work with teams and the Commercialization Manager to mitigate any risks to the project in question.
- Assist Commercialization Manager with ad hoc, additional tasks when required such as the running of SFDC reports, training new users in the process, identification of process improvements, etc.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Supply Chain, Engineering or any related field
- 1 to 2 years working experience in project coordination/management work or relevant work experience or Fresh graduate with good internship experiences
- Strong business knowledge and ability to interface with commercial and business organisation
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in English and a good command of Arabic is desirable
- Experience in NPI systems such as Optiva, MDG, SFDC an advantage
