About the Role
Drive organic growth through best-in-class SEO strategy and execution
The job holder will leverage their deep experience in search engine optimization strategy and technical execution to drive significant organic search traffic and user engagement growth for our various websites in various verticals (Home, Fashion, Toys, etc.). Create a comprehensive SEO strategy for each of our Brand websites and prioritize a roadmap of the top 10+ SEO tasks to implement for each brand. Conduct in-depth technical SEO audit, detailed log file analysis, and a robust competitive assessment to benchmark our performance and identify areas of opportunity to drive significant growth
Coordinate with marketing and website development on new brand launches to ensure proper infrastructure is set up from SEO perspective. Work with brand marketing and content team to drive SEO through content creation and content programming. Propose changes to website design, content, linking and other variables to enhance SEO positions for target keywords. Implement SEO changes and updates (meta description, page titles, schema mark-up, microdata, etc.) to maximize our ranking. Provide detailed competitive analysis and ensure we are maintaining authority across key business units and keyword themes

About You
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
- 4+ years in SEO
- +2 years in an eCommerce environment (retail is a plus)
- Proven track record of growing organic visibility and traffic for industry leading brands in a competitive search landscape
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyse data, interpret information and trends in large amounts of data to develop actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills – proven experience of presenting data to a non-technical audience
- Team player with ability to self-learn
- Data driven mindset
- English & Arabic are mandatory
Job-Specific Skills:
- Advance expertise of SEO related tools: (SEMRush, DeepCrawl, ScreamingFrog etc.)
- Expertise using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio.
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) & Strong Web analytics experience (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
- Advanced proficiency with HTML, Javascript, CSS3 and front-end web programming languages
- Advance expertise with CMSs including (Shopify, WordPress & Kibo)
- Comfortable using BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
